The real problem

Why people look for a metabolism capsule like LipoDyne

What sends someone looking, and what this category can honestly offer them.

The search usually starts in the same place. Weight has crept up over a few years, the afternoons feel flat, and the idea of something that nudges the body’s own energy use is more appealing than another regime to follow.

That instinct is reasonable, and this category exists to meet it. What the category rarely does is tell anyone how far a capsule can go. The most useful summary of that came from a review of 315 randomised trials of weight-loss supplements, which found that only 52 were both low risk of bias and adequately powered, and that of those 52 only 16 reported a significant weight difference at all.

So the honest framing is narrow and it is still worth something. A capsule of this kind is a small, measurable input next to sleep, food and movement, which are the large ones. MedlinePlus is the plain-language version of that hierarchy, and nothing on this page argues with it.

What LipoDyne offers inside that narrow space is unusual disclosure. Every one of its six actives has its own line and its own number, which means a reader can do something almost nothing in this category allows: check each amount against the amount its research used, one row at a time.

Direct answer

What is LipoDyne?

The short version, and the one thing this label does better than most.

A LipoDyne bottle, 60 capsules, front label

LipoDyne is a once-a-day capsule sold in a 60-capsule bottle, which makes a bottle two months at the label dose. The front reads “Metabolism Support” under the VitaLifes name, and this website is the ordering desk for it rather than the maker.

The panel carries 6 actives: garcinia cambogia extract at 500 mg, green tea extract at 250 mg, apple cider vinegar powder at 150 mg, caffeine anhydrous at 100 mg, cayenne pepper extract at 50 mg and black pepper extract at 10 mg. Together they come to 1,060 mg a capsule.

Two things about that list are worth noticing straight away. There is no proprietary blend, so no amount is hidden behind a single total. And the whole formula is delivered in one capsule rather than two or three, which is the single biggest reason people keep taking a supplement at all.

The specificity cuts both ways, which is the point of the honest dosage section below. A label that tells you exactly how much of something is in it invites the comparison, and on this panel one row survives it well and five do not.

Why the official site

Why buy LipoDyne through this website?

Six practical differences, none of them about the formula itself.

The return terms are the ones printed here

The listing this desk hands orders to prints a 30-day return window and says the seller pays return shipping, with the marketplace money-back guarantee behind it. That is the policy described on this site, in the words the listing uses.

Shipping is free, and the origin is stated

Standard international shipping at no charge, dispatched from Surat, Gujarat, India. The shipping section gives the seller’s own delivery estimate and says who pays any customs charge, rather than leaving both to be discovered at the door.

The panel is published here in full

The supplement facts page reproduces all six rows, the footnote and the other-ingredients line, so you can hold this site against the bottle that arrives instead of taking either on trust.

The price carries the date it was read

$22.62 was the figure on 19 September 2026, during a timed promotion with about two days left on it. A price with a date attached can be checked; a price without one cannot.

The lot is traceable

Bottles carry lot LIP-26/GO-7994 with certificate reference LIP-7994-26-GO. Those are filing references rather than laboratory proof, and the batch page is candid about the difference.

One payment, nothing recurring

The listing is a single purchase with no subscription attached, so there is nothing to cancel later. That is the complaint people most often have about supplements bought through a funnel, and it does not apply here.

The mechanism

How does LipoDyne work?

Three ideas on one panel, with three different weights of evidence.

Three separate ideas sit on this panel, and they are worth separating because the evidence behind them is not equally strong.

Thermogenesis: the caffeine

The oldest and best-measured idea in the category. Caffeine raises the rate at which the body uses energy at rest, and the size of that effect has been measured directly: Dulloo’s 1989 study gave volunteers 100 mg and recorded a 3 to 4 per cent rise in resting metabolic rate over the following 150 minutes. Repeated through the day it moved total energy expenditure by about 150 kcal in lean volunteers. Astrup’s trial then ran 100, 200 and 400 mg and found the response rose with the dose.

Appetite and fat metabolism: garcinia, green tea and vinegar

Three ingredients here are on the panel for effects proposed at the level of appetite and fat handling rather than heat production. Garcinia’s hydroxycitric acid is proposed to slow an enzyme used in fat synthesis; green tea’s catechins work alongside caffeine, and the chamber study that tested the pair found the combination raised 24-hour energy expenditure where the same amount of caffeine alone did not; and acetic acid from vinegar has been measured over twelve weeks in 175 adults. What each of those trials used, and how it compares with this label, is the subject of the dosage section.

Absorption: the black pepper extract

The smallest row on the panel and the one with the clearest job. Piperine, the pungent compound in black pepper, slows the enzymes that would otherwise clear certain compounds from the bloodstream, which raises how much of them reaches circulation. The study everyone cites measured that with curcumin in human volunteers. It is a carrier rather than an active in its own right, and what it is carrying here is the question the dosage section takes up.

What none of these pathways is

None of them is a mechanism for losing weight on its own. A thermogenic effect measured in tens of kilocalories is real and it is small, and the category’s own literature is blunt about the difference. A 2021 comparison set thermogenic supplements against diet and exercise and found the supplements did not substitute for either.

The formula

What are the ingredients in LipoDyne?

Six actives, every amount printed, and what the research on each one found.

Six actives, each with its amount printed. Below, what each one is and what the published research on it actually found.

Garcinia Cambogia Extract

fruit rind500 mg

The largest row on the panel. The fruit rind contains hydroxycitric acid, and that acid is the reason the plant is in a metabolism formula at all. The trial that defined the field is Heymsfield’s 1998 JAMA study, which gave 135 overweight adults 1,500 mg of hydroxycitric acid a day for twelve weeks alongside a controlled diet and found no advantage over placebo. The counterweight is a dose-response meta-analysis which pooled later trials and reported small reductions in body weight and fat mass. A scientific overview of the plant is the best single summary of where the two sit.

Green Tea Extract

Camellia sinensis, leaf250 mg

The second-largest row, and the one whose evidence interacts with the caffeine beside it. Nagao’s trial gave 583 mg of catechins daily for twelve weeks and measured reductions in body fat; a high-dose trial used 857 mg of EGCG. The most relevant study to this particular panel is the 1999 chamber study, because it tested green tea extract together with caffeine and found the pair raised 24-hour energy expenditure by about 4 per cent where an equivalent dose of caffeine alone did not. NCCIH keeps a plain summary of the whole literature.

Apple Cider Vinegar Powder

acetic acid source150 mg

The ingredient that has grown fastest in this category and the one whose research is hardest to translate to a capsule. Kondo’s twelve-week trial gave 175 obese Japanese adults either 15 mL or 30 mL of liquid vinegar a day and measured modest reductions in body weight and visceral fat. A 2025 meta-analysis found the clearest effects at the 30 mL mark. Vinegar also has a separate and better-established effect on the glucose rise after a meal, which a meta-analysis of clinical trials describes, and which is a different claim from weight.

Caffeine Anhydrous

dried caffeine100 mg

The row this whole panel turns on. One hundred milligrams is roughly a filter coffee, and it is the exact amount Dulloo used in 1989 to raise resting metabolic rate by 3 to 4 per cent for two and a half hours. Astrup showed the effect scales with dose, and a modern cycling trial found caffeine raised energy expenditure during exercise without changing which fuel the body burned. On safety, the systematic review behind the 400 mg figure is where that daily limit for healthy adults comes from, and 100 mg is a quarter of it.

Cayenne Pepper Extract

Capsicum annuum, fruit50 mg

Capsaicinoids are the compounds behind the heat of a chilli and behind its effect on energy expenditure. Whiting’s systematic review and a later meta-analysis of red pepper and thermogenesis both put the pooled effect at roughly 34 to 50 kilocalories a day, which is small, consistent and measured in milligrams of capsaicinoids rather than in milligrams of extract. A 2022 review covers what that means for body weight over months rather than hours.

Black Pepper Extract

BioPerine, piperine10 mg

The smallest row, and a carrier rather than a metabolic active. Shoba’s 1998 study gave human volunteers 20 mg of piperine alongside 2 g of curcumin and measured a twentyfold rise in how much curcumin reached the bloodstream. A review of piperine’s wider effects sets out the rest, and the CYP3A study is the one worth knowing for a practical reason: the same mechanism that raises absorption also slows the clearance of some medicines, which is on the side effects page.

The other ingredients line, and what it settles

Beneath the panel the label prints vegetable cellulose (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. The first of those is the shell, and a vegetable cellulose capsule is plant-derived, so this is one of the few products in the category that a vegetarian can take without having to write and ask. Rice flour is the filler; the last two are flow agents.

The panel

LipoDyne Supplement Facts: what the label prints

Serving size 1 capsule. Servings per container 60. The dagger marks a row for which no Daily Value has been established, which on this panel is every row: the % Daily Value column carries a heading and no figures.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

One number the panel gives you for free

Add the six rows and the capsule carries 1,060 mg of active material. Very few labels in this category let anyone do that sum, because very few print an amount against every row. This one does, and the arithmetic is the reader's to check against the bottle.

Honest dosage analysis

How is LipoDyne dosed?

Six printed amounts, set against the amounts the trials actually used.

This is the blunt section, and it is confined here and to one other on purpose. Everything above is what the capsule contains. This is how those amounts compare with the amounts the research used.

Because this label prints every figure, the comparison is possible at all. On most labels in this category it is not.

Row
On the LipoDyne label
In the published research
Garcinia Cambogia Extract (fruit rind)
500 mg of extract
1,500 mg of hydroxycitric acid a day for 12 weeks in JAMA, which beat nothing; the label prints no HCA percentage, so the acid content of this 500 mg is not knowable from the bottle
Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) (leaf)
250 mg of extract
583 mg of catechins (Nagao) or 857 mg of EGCG (Chen) daily for 12 weeks; the label prints no catechin or EGCG percentage
Apple Cider Vinegar Powder
150 mg of powder
15 mL of liquid vinegar carrying 750 mg of acetic acid, or 30 mL carrying 1,500 mg (Kondo 2009), daily for 12 weeks
Caffeine Anhydrous
100 mg
100 mg — the exact single dose Dulloo 1989 used to raise resting metabolic rate by 3-4% over 150 minutes
Cayenne Pepper Extract
50 mg of extract
measured in capsaicinoid milligrams, not extract milligrams; the pooled effect is about 34-50 kcal a day and this label prints no capsaicinoid figure
Black Pepper Extract (BioPerine)
10 mg
20 mg of piperine alongside 2 g of curcumin (Shoba 1998). There is no curcumin on this panel

Four things stand out, and they do not all point the same way.

The caffeine is the label's best decision. At 100 mg it is the exact single dose Dulloo measured in 1989 and the first rung of Astrup's dose-response ladder. Nobody has to extrapolate: the number on the bottle is the number in the paper, and that is rare enough on this estate to be worth saying as plainly as the criticisms.

Garcinia and green tea are short, and by how much cannot be calculated. The garcinia row gives 500 mg of extract against a trial that used 1,500 mg of hydroxycitric acid, and the label prints no percentage, so how much acid sits inside that 500 mg is unknowable from the bottle. The green tea row has the same shape: 250 mg of extract against 583 mg of catechins, with no catechin figure printed. Estimating either would be inventing a number, and this desk does not.

The vinegar row is a different unit of measurement. Kondo poured 15 to 30 mL of liquid vinegar, which carries 750 to 1,500 mg of acetic acid. A 150 mg powder cannot hold 750 mg of anything, and the powder's own acid content is not stated either, so the honest verdict is that this row is far below the studied amount on any reading.

Cayenne and black pepper cannot be compared at all, for opposite reasons. The cayenne research counts capsaicinoid milligrams and this panel counts extract milligrams, so the two numbers are not the same kind of thing. The black pepper is at half the 20 mg Shoba used, and its studied job is to carry something else into the bloodstream: in that study, curcumin. There is no curcumin on this panel.

The one place the bottle argues with itself

The seller’s wellness artwork ends with a line promising “vital vitamins and minerals”. The Supplement Facts panel above carries six botanical and stimulant rows and no vitamin or mineral of any kind. Those two statements cannot both describe the same capsule, and the panel is the one that governs. It is stated here once, in the section whose job that is, and the rest of this page does not return to it.

The number worth carrying away

One hundred milligrams of caffeine, once a day, taken before a meal and well before the evening. That figure is the reason this capsule does anything measurable at all, and it is also the figure to count against every coffee, tea and energy drink in the same day.

Real-world benefits

What are the benefits of LipoDyne?

The claim on the bottle, and the three practical things around it.

The bottle makes one claim and this desk does not add to it: metabolism support. That is a structure and function statement, which is the only kind a dietary supplement may make. Here is what sits behind it, and what sits beside it.

Metabolism support, in the sense the research supports

The measurable part of this claim is the caffeine, and the measurement is specific: a 3 to 4 per cent rise in resting energy use over about two and a half hours from 100 mg. That is a real effect at a real dose, and it is also a modest one. Nobody should expect to feel it the way they feel a double espresso.

A routine that is easy to keep

One capsule, once a day, with water before a meal. The commonest reason a two-month trial of anything fails is that it was really a three-week trial with gaps in it, and a single capsule is the easiest version of this category to keep taking.

Everything is on the label

No proprietary blend, no unlabelled total, six rows and six numbers. Whatever else is true of this formula, a buyer can know exactly what they are taking and how much of it, which is more than most of this category offers.

A vegetarian-friendly shell

The capsule is vegetable cellulose rather than gelatin. That rules a product in for a group of people who usually have to check, and it is printed on the label rather than claimed in marketing.

What LipoDyne does not do

It does not treat obesity, and no dietary supplement may claim to. It is not a substitute for food, sleep or movement. And it has never been trialled as a finished formula: what is published concerns the individual ingredients, at their own doses, in their own studies.

The seller’s own artwork

What the LipoDyne marketing panels say

Both panels, reproduced and attributed, with the label held separate.

Two images ship with this product that are the seller’s own artwork rather than the bottle label. They are reproduced here because a buyer will see them on the listing, and they are labelled for what they are.

The seller's LipoDyne wellness support panel
The seller’s wellness panelSix lines in the seller’s own wording: energy support, helps fight fatigue, supports healthy immune system, mood support, aids digestion, vital vitamins and minerals. This is marketing artwork and not the bottle label. What the capsule contains is the six-row panel reproduced above, and the honest dosage section sets the two side by side.
The seller's LipoDyne multiple benefits panel
The seller’s benefits panelFour more lines, again the seller’s wording: Formulated to Help Maintain Overall Wellness and Vitality; Supports Cellular Function and Healthy Aging; May Assist with Daily Energy and Stamina; Designed to Support Mental Clarity and Focus. Each carries an asterisk on the artwork itself, pointing at the standard dietary supplement statement. This desk quotes them and claims none of them.
Why this site prints one claim where the artwork prints ten

The bottle itself says metabolism support, and that is the ceiling this desk works to. A claim needs something on the panel behind it, and for energy the panel has caffeine at a studied dose. For the rest of the seller’s lines there is nothing on this panel to point at, so no citation was sought for any of them and none is printed.

Who it suits

Who is LipoDyne for?

Plainly, including the five groups this is a poor fit for.

  • Adults who already have food and movement roughly where they want them and are looking for a small, cheap, measurable addition rather than a replacement.
  • People who want to know exactly what they are taking, because this label prints all six amounts and hides none of them behind a blend.
  • Anyone who tolerates a coffee in the morning and would rather take that caffeine before a meal than in a second cup.
  • People willing to give it a couple of months. A bottle is 60 days, and the distributor’s own summary puts the common wait at three to four weeks.
  • Vegetarians, who can take the vegetable-cellulose shell without checking.

And who should leave it alone.

  • Anyone under 18, and anyone pregnant or nursing. The caffeine safety review sets a much lower daily figure in pregnancy than the 400 mg it gives healthy adults.
  • Anyone who already drinks several coffees a day. Another 100 mg on top of four cups is a different proposition from 100 mg on its own.
  • Anyone with a diagnosed anxiety or panic condition. A meta-analysis in panic disorder found caffeine provoked attacks at rates placebo did not.
  • Anyone who sleeps badly. A trial that dosed caffeine 0, 3 and 6 hours before bed found it measurably disrupted sleep even six hours ahead of time.
  • Anyone taking a medicine cleared by the CYP3A pathway, without mentioning the black pepper extract first. It is set out on the side effects page.
Usage guide

How to take LipoDyne

Five things, and the first two are printed on the bottle.

One capsule, once a day

The panel’s suggested use reads: “Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.” One capsule is the whole serving, and the bottle holds sixty of them.

With water, before a meal

The label asks for water and for a time before eating rather than after. A capsule taken on a completely empty stomach is also the commonest cause of the mild queasiness people report in the first week, so a small amount of food shortly afterwards is a reasonable compromise.

In the morning, and not after mid-afternoon

This is the one piece of timing that is genuinely evidence-led. A 2023 meta-analysis of caffeine and sleep found it cut total sleep time and lengthened the time taken to fall asleep, and the trial that dosed it six hours before bed still measured disruption. Morning is the slot.

Count it against the rest of the day

One hundred milligrams is roughly a filter coffee. If the rest of the day already includes three, this capsule is the fourth, and 400 mg is the figure the safety review gives for healthy adults.

Judge it at four weeks, decide inside thirty days

The distributor’s own summary puts the common wait at 3–4 weeks, while the return window runs 30 days from delivery. Those two numbers do not line up neatly, which is an argument for starting the clock on day one rather than leaving the bottle in a drawer for a fortnight.

The format

What form does LipoDyne come in?

Worth confirming before you buy, and one detail rules it in for some people.

A capsule, taken one at a time. Not a gummy, not a powder and not liquid drops. Sixty capsules to a bottle, which is sixty servings, which is two months.

The shell is vegetable cellulose. That is worth stating plainly rather than leaving in the small print, because it is the detail that decides whether a product is usable at all for anyone avoiding animal-derived ingredients, and here the answer is straightforwardly yes.

The other inactive ingredients are rice flour as the filler, with magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide as flow agents. There is no sugar, no sweetener and no flavouring to account for, which is the practical advantage a capsule holds over a gummy in this category: the dose is the dose, and nothing is added to make it palatable.

Realistic expectations

How long does LipoDyne take to work?

One fast ingredient, five slow ones, and a return window shorter than the trials.

WhenWhat the research would predictWhat buyers report
First capsuleThe caffeine effect is the only fast one on this panel: measurable within about an hour and gone within three.Early comments are about the routine rather than about an effect.
Week 1Nothing cumulative. Nothing else on this panel acts on a timescale of days. This is where the complaints cluster: wanted more in week one.
Week 2–4The earliest point at which the twelve-week trials behind garcinia, green tea and vinegar were measuring anything at all.The distributor puts the common wait at 3–4 weeks.
Week 4–12The span those trials actually ran over, at doses above the ones printed here.Reorders cluster towards the end of the first bottle.
Past 12 weeksNo further benefit is predicted by the trial literature, which mostly stopped measuring at this point. Also long past the return window, which is the argument for judging it early.

The middle column is what the published trials measured for these ingredients at their own doses. It is not a prediction about this capsule.

Measure something, or you will not know

Weight moves by a kilogram or two week to week on water alone, which makes this category unusually easy to misjudge in both directions. Weigh at the same time on the same day of the week, write it down, and compare four weeks rather than four days. It costs nothing and it is the only honest test available at home.

User feedback patterns

What do LipoDyne buyers actually notice?

The themes in the seller's own summary, and whether the panel explains them.

The distributor’s summary covers 838 written reviews against 8,699 orders, with 91% recommending it and an average of 4.6 out of 5. Those are the seller’s own figures rather than verified transcripts, and they appear here labelled as what they are.

5 stars 66%
4 stars 21%
3 stars 8%
2 stars 3%
1 star 2%

What comes up positively

Mostly one theme: a one-capsule routine that is easy to keep. A single capsule with water in the morning is a habit people keep, and those who reorder tend to do it before the bottle they have runs out.

What comes up negatively

Also one theme: a slow start, and wanting more in the first week. That is exactly what this panel would predict. Only the caffeine acts quickly, and a buyer expecting a first-week change has been set up for disappointment by the category rather than by this product.

Honest critique

What are the common LipoDyne complaints?

The six that recur, each with the fairest answer this desk can give.

“Nothing happened in the first week”

Predictable from the panel and the most common complaint in the whole category. Only the caffeine acts on a timescale of hours; the twelve-week trials behind the other rows were not measuring anything at seven days. The counter is that the return window is 30 days and the seller pays the postage, so an honest four-week test costs nothing but the price of the bottle.

“The garcinia is well under the dose in the trials”

Correct, and it is the fairest criticism of this formula. The JAMA trial used 1,500 mg of hydroxycitric acid; this label prints 500 mg of extract with no acid percentage. This desk cannot defend the gap and does not try to. It is stated in the ingredient card, in the dosage table and here.

“It is just caffeine with extras”

That is closer to true than the artwork suggests, and it is also the strongest thing about the product. The caffeine is at the amount its research used, which is why the site leads on it. Whether five smaller additions are worth the difference in price against a plain caffeine tablet is a fair question, and the comparison section answers it as squarely as it can.

“The marketing panel promises vitamins the capsule does not have”

Also correct. That contradiction is dealt with once, in the dosage section, because it belongs to the label rather than to the buying decision. The panel is the document that governs, and it is reproduced in full on this page.

“Delivery took the best part of a month”

True, and it is the seller’s own stated term rather than a surprise: 15 to 25 business days after dispatch, shipped from Surat, Gujarat, India. The distributor’s review summary says most buyers wait 3–4 weeks, which matches. Anyone who needs it next week should buy something else.

“Only available online”

True. There is no retail distribution, and only one published listing, which is why the return terms attached to that listing matter as much as they do. Where to buy covers what changes if you find it elsewhere.

A comparison of approaches rather than of brands. The two on the right are things anyone can buy without this website, and naming them is more useful than pretending there are no alternatives.

The case for a blend like this one is that it puts a studied caffeine dose and five supporting ingredients into a single daily capsule and tells you every amount. The case against is that a caffeine tablet delivers the one ingredient that is at its trial dose for a fraction of the price. Which matters more depends on whether the additions are worth about a dollar a week to you, and on whether you would actually keep taking two separate things.

Official website pricing

How much does LipoDyne cost?

One bottle, one price, and a multi-buy banner with no tier table behind it.

Price as printed by the seller on 19 September 2026, when it was running as a timed promotion with 7 units left and roughly two days to go. The checkout shows the current price. The struck $30.99 is the figure the marketplace annotates as a recent sales price provided by the seller, which is the seller’s own comparison price rather than one a buyer paid. One payment, nothing recurring.

There is one quantity and one price. The seller lists a single bottle, so this page does not draw a three-pack and a six-pack beside it for packs nobody can buy, and the ladder that appears on most sites in this category is simply absent here.

The listing does carry a multi-buy banner offering up to 12% off when you buy more than one. What it does not carry is the tier table behind that figure, so 12% is a ceiling rather than a rate anyone is charged, and the only way to see the real second-bottle price is to put two in the basket.

At thirty-eight cents a day this is at the inexpensive end of its category, and the arithmetic is unusually simple because there is only one quantity to compare. The figure that deserves more attention than the price is the expiry: the listing prints 07-2028, which means even a year’s supply bought at once would be used well inside it.

Shipping and delivery

Where does LipoDyne ship from, and how long does it take?

Free, international, and slower than most people expect.

This is the second thing a buyer needs to know about this product, and it has nothing to do with the formula.

TrackingIn the order email

Taken from the seller’s own listing text rather than from a delivery estimator. The estimator on that page rendered its date range against an Indian postcode, so it is not a United States estimate and is not quoted here.

Three to five weeks is a long wait by the standards of a domestic order, and it is the single most common thing buyers mention: the distributor’s own review summary puts the typical wait at 3–4 weeks, which matches the seller’s stated term almost exactly.

The practical consequence is about timing rather than about risk. Order the next bottle when the current one is about three-quarters gone, and treat the return window as running from the day the parcel arrives rather than from the day you ordered it.

Safety

Is LipoDyne safe? Side effects and interactions

Four specific points, and three of them come back to the same 100 mg.

For a healthy adult these are ingredients with long records of ordinary use, and most of the amounts are modest. Four points are worth knowing specifically, and three of them are about the caffeine.

The caffeine is the ingredient to plan around

One hundred milligrams is a quarter of the 400 mg a day the systematic review gives for healthy adults, so on its own it is unremarkable. It stops being unremarkable when it is added to four coffees. A comprehensive review of ingested caffeine is the fuller picture, and MedlinePlus is the short one.

Sleep, blood pressure and anxiety

Three effects with good evidence behind them and one shared answer, which is to take it in the morning. The sleep meta-analysis found measurable disruption; a dose-response analysis of blood pressure found small rises that matter more for people already being treated; and the panic disorder meta-analysis is the reason anyone with that diagnosis should skip this category entirely.

Green tea extract and the liver

The one genuine safety signal on this panel, and it is dose-related. The LiverTox chapter records that concentrated green tea extracts have caused liver injury at high doses, a study of the cases identified a genetic susceptibility behind many of them, and a systematic review of green tea safety set out where the boundary sits. At 250 mg of extract this label is far below the amounts involved, and the honest note is to stop and get checked if a supplement is ever followed by dark urine or yellowing.

Black pepper extract and medicines

The reason to mention a pepper extract to a prescriber at all. Piperine inactivates CYP3A, the enzyme family that clears a long list of common medicines, so it can raise their levels rather than lower them. Ten milligrams is a small dose and the interaction is a mechanism rather than a documented event, which is exactly why it is worth naming once and not five times.

The label’s own direction, quoted

“Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.”

One thing worth knowing about the category as a whole

Supplements in this corner of the market have a documented labelling problem. An assay of products implicated in liver injury found their contents frequently did not match their labels, and a national emergency-department study put weight-loss products among the commonest categories behind supplement presentations. Neither finding is about this bottle specifically. Both are arguments for buying from a channel with a return policy and a traceable lot, which is the case this site makes.

The honest verdict in 60 seconds

LipoDyne pros and cons

Both columns, without weighting either one.

What works well

  • Every one of the six actives has its amount printed. No proprietary blend and nothing hidden behind a single total.
  • The caffeine is at 100 mg, the exact dose Dulloo measured in 1989 and the first rung of Astrup’s dose-response curve.
  • One capsule a day, which is the easiest routine in the category to keep.
  • A vegetable-cellulose shell, so it suits a vegetarian diet without an enquiry.
  • Free international shipping and $22.62 a bottle, which works out at about $0.38 a day.
  • A 30-day return window with the seller paying return postage, plus the marketplace money-back guarantee behind it.

What could be better

  • The garcinia is 500 mg of extract against a 1,500 mg trial dose of hydroxycitric acid, and the label prints no acid percentage.
  • The green tea is 250 mg of extract against 583 mg of catechins, again with no percentage to work from.
  • The vinegar row is a 150 mg powder against trials that poured 15 to 30 mL of liquid.
  • The cayenne cannot be compared with its research at all, because the two are counted in different units.
  • The black pepper extract is there to carry something, and nothing on this panel is what it has been shown to carry.
  • Delivery is 15 to 25 business days after dispatch from Surat, Gujarat, India, with customs payable by the buyer.
Editorial score

Final verdict: is LipoDyne worth considering?

A score for what this label tells you, with the reasoning attached.

4.6the distributor’s own average
3.9this desk’s score for label transparency
1 of 6rows at the dose their research used

On transparency this desk scores LipoDyne 3.9 out of 5, and the reasoning is worth showing rather than asserting. It earns most of that by printing an amount against every row, using no proprietary blend, and putting its one genuinely evidenced ingredient at the amount the research used. Very little at this price does all three.

It loses the rest on standardisation. Four of the six rows are extracts with no percentage printed, which means the amount of the actual active compound inside them cannot be worked out from the bottle by anyone, including this desk. A label that prints 500 mg of garcinia and no hydroxycitric acid figure is being precise about the wrong number.

Who it suits: someone who wants a studied caffeine dose in a once-a-day capsule with five small additions, at about a dollar a week, and who is willing to wait a month for it to arrive. Who it does not: anyone who already drinks a lot of coffee, anyone who wants a single ingredient at a proven dose, and anyone expecting a capsule to do the work of a diet.

The distributor’s own figure is 4.6 out of 5 from 838 reviews. Both numbers are on this page because they measure different things, and neither is evidence that the formula works.

The blunt question

Is LipoDyne a scam, and is LipoDyne for sale here?

Asked plainly, because people search for it plainly.

LipoDyne is for sale through the checkout this website hands orders to, so: yes, it is a real product that can be bought, and no, ordering through this website is not a scam.

The more useful question is what prompts people to ask. Usually it is the gap between the artwork and the label: a panel promising energy, immunity, mood and digestion sets an expectation that six botanical rows cannot meet, and a buyer who notices that reasonably wonders what else is overstated.

The fair criticisms of this product are about the formula rather than the transaction, and they are set out at length in the dosage section and the critique rather than hidden.

What would be a scam: an invented laboratory certificate, a fabricated media endorsement, or a claim that these capsules treat obesity. None of the three appears on this website. The listing’s own item specifics describe a multivitamin with vitamin B12 at a 5 mg dose in a 120-capsule bottle, and none of that matches the panel or the label, so none of it is repeated here.

One channel, and what changes if you use another.

Through the checkout on this website. Golipodyne is the US ordering desk for LipoDyne, and the return terms described on this page are the ones attached to the listing it hands orders to.

Any other listing is a different proposition. A bottle bought from another seller carries that seller’s returns policy, and this desk cannot confirm the lot, the storage history or the expiry date on stock it did not hand over. What buyers say

What do LipoDyne reviews say?

Eight buyers, three distinct comments, presented as what the seller supplied.

The distributor supplies a roster rather than individual testimonials: eight named buyers and three distinct comments between them. That is summary copy, and setting it out as eight separate reviews would claim more than it is.

Supplied by the distributor as summary copy. The quantities in the fourth column are what that summary states; the published listing sells bottles one at a time. Not verified transcripts, and not evidence that the product works.

The three recurring lines, as the distributor prints them: “Daily capsule.” (Ian, 40); “Wait past week two.” (Joel, 40); “Desk answered.” (Kevin, 67).

How to read a 91 per cent recommendation rate

91% of 838 written reviews is a strong figure and it is also the distributor’s own. Set beside it the seller’s marketplace record, which is independent of this desk: 99.3% positive feedback across 2.0K items sold. Two different measurements of two different things, and the second one is the checkable one.

The guarantee

Does LipoDyne have a money-back guarantee?

30 days, who pays the postage, and the five steps that claim it.

The listing prints a 30-day return window and says the seller pays for return shipping, with the marketplace money-back guarantee behind it. The process, in the order it happens:

Open the return inside the 30-day window

The clock runs from delivery, and the listing this desk hands orders to sets it at 30 days. Start it from the order confirmation email rather than from memory.

Ask for the return label before you post anything

The listing states the seller pays for return shipping. Paying for postage yourself and claiming it back afterwards is the slow version of the same refund.

Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box

A box with no name in it is the commonest reason a refund stalls, and it is the one part of this entirely within your control.

Post it tracked and keep the number

Tracking is what proves the parcel arrived. Keep the number until the money lands rather than until the parcel is scanned.

Expect 3–5 business days to process, then 5–10 on the card

Two separate waits, and the second belongs to your bank rather than to the seller. The eBay Money Back Guarantee sits behind the listing if the first one stalls.

Two numbers that do not agree, and which one this site prints

The distributor’s review summary mentions a sixty-day window. The listing says 30 days; the money-back seal on the pack prints no day count at all; and the label prints none either. This site prints 30 days, because that is the only figure with a document behind it. Anyone told otherwise should ask for it in writing before buying.

What the seals mean

What the seals on the LipoDyne pack mean

Four marks ship on this pack. Here is what each one claims.

FDA-registered facility roundel FDA-registered facilityRegistration means the agency knows the factory exists and can inspect it. It is not FDA approval, and no dietary supplement has that.
Good Manufacturing Practice seal Good Manufacturing PracticeA process standard governing how a facility documents and controls what it makes. It says nothing about whether this particular bottle was tested.
Foreign and domestic ingredients seal Foreign and domestic ingredientsA sourcing statement, and an unusually honest one: it is consistent with a product whose listing gives India as the country of origin.
Money back, 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed seal Money-back satisfactionA seller’s purchase policy rather than a statement about the formula. Note that this seal prints no number of days, so the window comes from the listing instead.

Four seals, and between them they describe a factory, a process, a supply chain and a purchase policy. None of them describes what is inside the capsule, which is the job of the panel reproduced further up this page.

Questions

LipoDyne FAQ: frequently asked questions

What is LipoDyne?

A once-a-day metabolism capsule, 60 capsules to a bottle, sold under the VitaLifes name. The panel names 6 actives and prints an amount for every one, totalling 1,060 mg a capsule.

How do I take it?

Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. One capsule is the whole serving, and morning is the sensible slot because of the 100 mg of caffeine in it.

How much caffeine is in LipoDyne?

100 mg a capsule, which is roughly a filter coffee and a quarter of the 400 mg a day the safety literature gives for healthy adults. It is the one row on this panel at the amount its own research used.

How long does LipoDyne take to work?

The caffeine acts within an hour. Everything else on the panel comes from trials that ran twelve weeks, and the distributor puts the common wait at 3–4 weeks. The return window is 30 days, so start counting on day one.

Does it contain vitamins or minerals?

No. The seller’s wellness artwork says it does, and the Supplement Facts panel says otherwise: six botanical and stimulant rows, no vitamin and no mineral. The panel is the document that governs.

Is it vegetarian?

Yes. The shell is vegetable cellulose rather than gelatin. The other inactive ingredients are rice flour, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Is it a diet pill?

No. It is a dietary supplement, and no supplement may promise to take weight off. The bottle claims metabolism support. What the research behind the caffeine shows is a 3 to 4 per cent rise in resting energy use for a couple of hours after a 100 mg dose, which is real, measured, and small.

Can I take it with my medication?

Ask your prescriber first, and mention the black pepper extract specifically. Piperine slows the CYP3A enzyme family, which clears a long list of common medicines, so the concern is levels rising rather than falling.

Where does LipoDyne ship from?

Surat, Gujarat, India, free of charge by standard international post. The seller’s own description says 15 to 25 business days after dispatch, and that any customs charges are payable by the buyer.

How many capsules are in a bottle?

Sixty, printed on the front of the label, which is sixty servings and two months at one a day. The listing title says 120; the bottle artwork says 60, and the bottle is what arrives.

How much does LipoDyne cost?

$22.62 a bottle on the listing read 19 September 2026, during a timed promotion. The struck $30.99 beside it is the seller’s own comparison figure rather than a price anyone paid. Check the checkout for today’s number.

How do I return it?

Within 30 days, with the seller paying return postage and the marketplace money-back guarantee behind it. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and follow the steps on the refund policy page.

Is this website the manufacturer?

No. Golipodyne is an ordering desk. The label is printed under the VitaLifes name, and the product facts on this site come from that label and from the seller’s own listing.
