That sentence is in the footer of every page here and is required on dietary supplements that carry a structure or function claim. It is not a formality that can be read past: it is the difference between a supplement and a medicine, in law and in what the evidence behind it has to show.

The single claim on this bottle is “Metabolism Support”. Everything on this website stays inside it. No page here says the capsule causes weight loss, and none implies it, because a weight-loss claim would be a drug claim and the label does not make one.

The seller’s marketing artwork adds ten further lines about energy, fatigue, immunity, mood, digestion and “Vital vitamins and minerals”. Those are the seller’s own wording, they are not printed on the bottle label, and this website quotes them as the seller’s without asserting any of them. The last of them is contradicted by the panel, which carries no vitamin and no mineral.

This is the disclosure this label needs more than the standard six, and it is the most counter-intuitive thing on the website. The panel is unusually good: an amount against all six rows, no proprietary blend, 1,060 mg accounted for. Every figure on it is real and checkable.

A milligram of an extract is a weight of plant material, not a dose of the compound the research measured. Five hundred milligrams of garcinia extract is a fact about how much extract is in the capsule and tells nobody how much hydroxycitric acid is in there, because the percentage that would convert one into the other is not printed.

Caffeine is the exception and the reason the comparison is worth drawing. It is a single compound, so 100 mg on the panel is 100 mg of the substance Dulloo's 100 mg thermogenesis study measured. That is the only row on this label where the printed number and the researched number are the same kind of quantity.

The label’s own caution is quoted verbatim throughout this website: “Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.” Reproducing what the bottle says is the discipline here; restating it in every section would not add anything.

Individual results vary, and on this product the reasons are concrete. Food, sleep, activity and how much else caffeinated a person drinks all move the same things a metabolism capsule is sold for, and none of them is controlled by taking a capsule.

No trial has ever been run on this finished formula. What is published concerns the six substances individually, at their own doses, and four of those doses are far above what this label prints. a meta-analysis of isolated compounds pooled the isolated compounds in this category and found none met a 2.5 kg threshold for clinical significance.
